This may be used for both individual and multiple entries. Enter your registration number
and your fastest time within the qualification period will be displayed. Please uncheck
any events you do not wish to enter.
Once you have completed the
form you may submit it electronically to the ASA and pay for your
entries by credit card or cheque.
