Lenex Results Data Validation

This page will allow you to check results for swimming competition in the Lenex format (LEF) are current members of a club.

USER TIP

This will not validate foreign clubs. To prevent error messages a foreign club should have a letter F as the last digit in the 4 digit code, e.g. USAF, FRAF, GERF.

INSTRUCTIONS

Click the 'Choose File' button below to find the file you wish to check. Select it then click on 'Check it'. It will be compared with the membership databases with the results displayed on screen. Initially select "Full Reports" to give you a feel of how accurate your data is. Afterwards you may prefer to select "Queries only" to try and remove errors. Please note if a member has hidden their data we will not display it here.

Matching is achieved by comparing the Membership number (if given), Family Name, Given Name, Full Date of Birth and the official 4 digit club code. If there is a match the swimming registration number and ranked club are displayed, suggestions may be offered. If there are no helpful suggestions you may wish to use Swim England Membership Check, Scottish Swimming Membership Check or the Swim Wales Membership Check to do a more detailed search.

The official club codes may be downloaded from here.

Data that is not green is unlikely to be accepted into rankings. Please do not send invalid data to the Rankings Department.
